About us
Established in 2009, the Society for Integrated Development Initiative (SIDI) is a Delhi-based development organization committed to empowering marginalized communities through integrated and sustainable interventions. We work across education, health, environmental protection, livelihood promotion, vocational training, micro‑finance (SHGs), and rural development to create long-term improvement in the quality of life for underprivileged families.
Over the years, SIDI has implemented impactful community-based programmes across South Delhi and surrounding regions, focusing on children, women, and vulnerable households. Our work emphasizes holistic development—addressing immediate needs while also enabling families to build secure, dignified, and self-reliant futures.
SIDI functions as a catalyst in the cycle of community transformation, complementing government initiatives aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By collaborating with local communities, institutions, and committed individuals, we design and implement high-impact programmes that strengthen access to essential services, improve quality of life, and encourage positive, long-term behavioural change at the grassroots.

Our team
Our team at the Society for Integrated Development Initiative (SIDI) is a committed group of development professionals, educators, social workers, and community volunteers who work together with a shared purpose—to strengthen and uplift underserved communities. With deep understanding of grassroots realities and a passion for service, our team designs and implements programmes in education, health, environment, livelihood, microfinance, and rural development. Guided by values of integrity, compassion, and accountability, we collaborate closely with local families, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that every initiative creates meaningful and lasting impact.
